On 9/17/24 my condo association hired Red Fox Roofers to repair a leak, only they hit a sprinkler while doing so damaging my home & 2 units underneath mine. 2 roofers entered my home, the only communication would be via hand gestures pointing to the leaks & sprinkler right in between as the roofers did not speak English. "Accidents happen," is what Camilo told me. This is true. Unfortunately, it was a big accident that was preventable & a 7 week repair. While I'm thankful Camilo took financial accountability, there was a lack of communication, care & you cannot put a price tag on the time it cost me, along with all the disruptions, inconveniences, stress, & noise. The day it happened I had to locate Camilo on property to obtain his business card. One day both my property maintenance supervisor and myself tried to get a hold of him. I called, text, emailed after 26 hours without a response, I gave him a 1 star google review. He called me within an hr. We agreed on giving time for him to make it right which is what I wanted & deleted that review. There was minimal improvement on communication. Understandably, Camilo is a businessman, networks, wants to get the job repaired that's most cost efficiently for him. He ended up hiring a man to dry wall, who left my home a mess every day, getting dust all throughout my home, on my furniture, damaged a screen & blinds, left numerous screws in the parking lot that were found by neighbors & myself, (after which i already had one flat tire after the roofers & immeadiate restoration team had been to my home). The guy also left me hanging, by not showing up when he said he would. I was never provided any credentials, business card, no proof that he was licensed, insured, bonded. I informed Camilo that that man was not welcome into my home & to hire someone reputable to complete the rest of the project. The new team was from a big company, there was improvement, but lack of communication from them as well including more days of being informed they would be at my home & did not show up, nor inform me of emergencies. I believe there is potential for Red Fox Roofers to do a good job. I've read the reviews, I agree accidents happen, but I never saw that care or communication others speak of. Perhaps it's because Camilo got paid by my HOA vs me personally, I don't know. Given my experience, I cannot recommend them.

We lost some shingles off of our roof after Hurricane Helen, which happened to a lot of our neighbors as well. Of course, the out of town, "ambulance chaser" type roofers descended on the neighborhood and started going door to door to try and talk everyone into filing an insurance claim to get a new roof. My roof was only 8 yrs old and missing a small number of shingles. So we chose to reach out to Red Fox Roofers, a local company, who was out to assess the roof the same day. Less than a week later, and for less $1000, it was repaired. Just in time before Huiicane Milton hit the area. They took photos of the repair and were communicative the entire time. Their work is warrantied for 5 yrs and they provided a 15 yr life letter for the entire roof to provide my insurance company, should I need it in the future. All of their roofers are W2 employees so all money paid to them stays in the community, which was also greatly appreciated. Thank you guys!

We had an active leak develop while we were under contract to sell our house. The closing date was fast approaching and because of a lot of recent rains the roofing companies we knew about, could not get our work done before our closing date. Someone told our real estate broker about Red Fox and we called them. We got a good and rapid response from Justin and Camilo. They were able to quote us from some pictures we had. Their team showed up a few days after our first contact and got the work done. We also got a warrantee that satisfied our buyers mortgage lender, allowing our sale to close on time!!!

I had some shingles that appeared to have been lifted during Hurricane Helene. Red Fox came out the next day and inspected my entire roof. The shingles were still there, just folded back. They applied extra adhesive and fixed some caulking with no charge to me. The customer service was amazing. I'll be contacting them for any future services!

Due to previous roofers messing up our flashing around our chimney multiple times, we hired Justin and his team to completely remove our chimney to eliminate the problem from happening in the future. They got this completed within one day and our roof shingles match the existing with a slight difference due to being in the Florida sun. The crew was friendly and even “sistered” some wood to ensure my attic was structurally sound. Communication was great with Justin via email. We waited until the next storm and zero leaks were found. I really appreciate his help and will be using them for any future roofing needs. Their prices were very competitive with 4 other local roofing companies. What stood them apart was communication and the 5 yr warranty.

I needed some repairs done to my roof and Camilo and his crews were top notch. They were extremely professional and communicated effectively. The repairs took 2 days and they informed me of everything that had to be done and how they were going to fix it with pictures and detailed explanations. 10/10 would recommend Red Fox Roofers Note: These repairs were done late on a weeknight right before Hurricane Helene hit. Camilo came out late to ensure everything was finished before the storm.

Camilo and Justin were operating as C&J Construction Investments in the spring of '23. We erected two metal buildings on one project as a sub contractor. I sub subbed the two roof installations to C&J. They are hard working, ambitious young men. However, after numerous call backs over a 12 month period for them to fix the leaks that they installed with these roofs, we finally had to go behind them to stop the leaks. We asked Cody of Red Fox Roofers to replace one of our cracked concrete tiles on our roof and he came out the same day and replaced it. He noticed two or three places in the mud masonry on the ridges that had eroded and we asked him to come back which he scheduled for a few days later. He is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable regarding tile roofs and we plan to recommend him and his company to our neighbors and for all our future roofing needs.

I had received a letter from my insurance company last week letting me know that a drone image located a broken tile on my roof and I had seven days to repair. I filled out the online request that evening and received returned communication by 8:30AM the next morning. Cody arrived at my home by 11AM and inspected, repaired, and sent an overview report with photos to send to my insurance carrier by noon the same day! Cody went above and beyond by sealing a weak area in the stucco and removed some tree limbs that were rubbing against the home causing stucco damage. I am highly impressed with the communication, promptness, and great care the Cody provided. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

Red Fox was excellent- had an issue with a leak stemming from a flat roof. Justin was very easy to talk to- he listened to my issue took a good look at everything. In the end he found the problem, caulked it and that was it. He told me everything else looked fine- no pressure tactics to take on other issues. He left me feeling confident that the issue was resolved, but also that there was no problem calling back if it persisted. Appreciate the professionalism and courtesy.
