Red Fox was excellent- had an issue with a leak stemming from a flat roof. Justin was very easy to talk to- he listened to my issue took a good look at everything. In the end he found the problem, caulked it and that was it. He told me everything else looked fine- no pressure tactics to take on other issues. He left me feeling confident that the issue was resolved, but also that there was no problem calling back if it persisted. Appreciate the professionalism and courtesy.

Let me start with the gist of it: Don't use any other roofing company than these guys. Colin Sanford was on time, quick to work, and happy to include me on the process so I could learn a thing or two. I only needed a quick fix to my soffitt and Colin got the job done without trying to rip me off in the process. He treated me like an equal and with real, genuine kindness that is priceless in our day and age. The quality of the work, the good will, and the peace of mind are more than I could have expected.
