I was regretting a new roof, the process, the headaches and how much it was going to cost and yes I paid for it myself not using my insurance. From start to finish they made it so easy to do and were quick to get it done. Kyle came out to do the estimate and texting me when he was coming. Tara doing all my paper work and keeping me posted. Camilo emailed me when they were going to start and all the material was being ordered. Then Mario the project manager texted me when they were going to start. Also, I was able to text or call them and answered any question I had right away, communications was awesome. Yeah it sucked coming out of pocket to spend money on a new roof but RedFox made it to where they cared and took care of me. the end results were great and took the pain away to spend the money. They did a Great job and highly recommend them.

Update: We had Red Fox Roofers tackle another project out our house. This time it was for the tile portion of the roof. A persistent leak and some other areas on our roof which needed attention. The communication about when work would begin was great. There were a few things we needed them to come back to finish up which they did promptly. We were satisfied with their work and would recommend Red Fox for tile roof work too! Our flat roof was severely damaged during a storm in May. We contacted Red Fox Roofers and another company for estimates. Justin came out and met with my husband. He was impressed by the attention to detail and the knowledge he had about roofs. Justin spent a good amount of time during the initial walk-through to get an understanding of what our needs were. By contrast the other company's estimator was at our home for less than 10 minutes! I took off work for that meeting and was very disappointed. Fast forward to the actual work performed by Red Fox Roofers--the guys were very efficient, hard-working, and respectful. There were some challenges but they took care of everything and we were very pleased with how the project turned out. No leaks!! Camilo did the final walk through and provided a ton of pictures of everything accomplished. We will recommend Red Fox Roofers to others and already have our next project in mind. Thank you!

On 9/17/24 my condo association hired Red Fox Roofers to repair a leak, only they hit a sprinkler while doing so damaging my home & 2 units underneath mine. 2 roofers entered my home, the only communication would be via hand gestures pointing to the leaks & sprinkler right in between as the roofers did not speak English. "Accidents happen," is what Camilo told me. This is true. Unfortunately, it was a big accident that was preventable & a 7 week repair. While I'm thankful Camilo took financial accountability, there was a lack of communication, care & you cannot put a price tag on the time it cost me, along with all the disruptions, inconveniences, stress, & noise. The day it happened I had to locate Camilo on property to obtain his business card. One day both my property maintenance supervisor and myself tried to get a hold of him. I called, text, emailed after 26 hours without a response, I gave him a 1 star google review. He called me within an hr. We agreed on giving time for him to make it right which is what I wanted & deleted that review. There was minimal improvement on communication. Understandably, Camilo is a businessman, networks, wants to get the job repaired that's most cost efficiently for him. He ended up hiring a man to dry wall, who left my home a mess every day, getting dust all throughout my home, on my furniture, damaged a screen & blinds, left numerous screws in the parking lot that were found by neighbors & myself, (after which i already had one flat tire after the roofers & immeadiate restoration team had been to my home). The guy also left me hanging, by not showing up when he said he would. I was never provided any credentials, business card, no proof that he was licensed, insured, bonded. I informed Camilo that that man was not welcome into my home & to hire someone reputable to complete the rest of the project. The new team was from a big company, there was improvement, but lack of communication from them as well including more days of being informed they would be at my home & did not show up, nor inform me of emergencies. I believe there is potential for Red Fox Roofers to do a good job. I've read the reviews, I agree accidents happen, but I never saw that care or communication others speak of. Perhaps it's because Camilo got paid by my HOA vs me personally, I don't know. Given my experience, I cannot recommend them.

We had an active leak develop while we were under contract to sell our house. The closing date was fast approaching and because of a lot of recent rains the roofing companies we knew about, could not get our work done before our closing date. Someone told our real estate broker about Red Fox and we called them. We got a good and rapid response from Justin and Camilo. They were able to quote us from some pictures we had. Their team showed up a few days after our first contact and got the work done. We also got a warrantee that satisfied our buyers mortgage lender, allowing our sale to close on time!!!

The repairs took 2 days and they informed me of everything that had to be done and how they were going to fix it with pictures and detailed explanations. 10/10 would recommend Red Fox Roofers Note: These repairs were done late on a weeknight right before Hurricane Helene hit. Camilo came out late to ensure everything was finished before the storm.

I sub subbed the two roof installations to C&J. They are hard working, ambitious young men. These guys were super professional and accommodating. They worked with a demanding schedule and replaced my roof in a day (simple cookie cutter house). They are kind, understanding and professional. We are selling and the had to have to roof replaced in weeks to make it to closing and appraisal. They got it done so quickly and agreed to payment upon closing. If we had another house to replace a roof, we’d call Justin.
