Update: We had Red Fox Roofers tackle another project out our house. This time it was for the tile portion of the roof. A persistent leak and some other areas on our roof which needed attention. The communication about when work would begin was great. There were a few things we needed them to come back to finish up which they did promptly. We were satisfied with their work and would recommend Red Fox for tile roof work too! Our flat roof was severely damaged during a storm in May. We contacted Red Fox Roofers and another company for estimates. Justin came out and met with my husband. He was impressed by the attention to detail and the knowledge he had about roofs. Justin spent a good amount of time during the initial walk-through to get an understanding of what our needs were. By contrast the other company's estimator was at our home for less than 10 minutes! I took off work for that meeting and was very disappointed. Fast forward to the actual work performed by Red Fox Roofers--the guys were very efficient, hard-working, and respectful. There were some challenges but they took care of everything and we were very pleased with how the project turned out. No leaks!! Red Fox Roofers did such a wonderful job repairing a botched roofing job done by another company on our home. We were unable to see what was wrong and why our roof was leaking, but Red Fox Roofers came out with a drone, identified the problem, showed me pictures of what was wrong, and within about a week and a half was at my house, fixing the problem in under just a few hours’ time. At the end of the job, I received photographs of each stage of the repair, I could see rotten wood that had existed and was replaced, I could see all of the patchwork, the new roofing tiles threaded in to the old roofing tiles for a seamless look, it was just a very professional job and a very nice experience working with this company! payment was easy through a link after the fact, and every person that I dealt with at this company was professional, nice, polite, and the biggest benefit was as soon as the work was completed, all of the area around my house was cleaned up so that I wasn’t in fear of running over roofing, nails, and other debris! We lost some shingles off of our roof after Hurricane Helen, which happened to a lot of our neighbors as well. Of course, the out of town, "ambulance chaser" type roofers descended on the neighborhood and started going door to door to try and talk everyone into filing an insurance claim to get a new roof. My roof was only 8 yrs old and missing a small number of shingles. So we chose to reach out to Red Fox Roofers, a local company, who was out to assess the roof the same day. Less than a week later, and for less $1000, it was repaired. Just in time before Huiicane Milton hit the area. They took photos of the repair and were communicative the entire time. Their work is warrantied for 5 yrs and they provided a 15 yr life letter for the entire roof to provide my insurance company, should I need it in the future. All of their roofers are W2 employees so all money paid to them stays in the community, which was also greatly appreciated. Thank you guys!

Due to previous roofers messing up our flashing around our chimney multiple times, we hired Justin and his team to completely remove our chimney to eliminate the problem from happening in the future. They got this completed within one day and our roof shingles match the existing with a slight difference due to being in the Florida sun. The crew was friendly and even “sistered” some wood to ensure my attic was structurally sound. Communication was great with Justin via email. We waited until the next storm and zero leaks were found.
