On 12/30/2025, I had Kyle Ingram from Red Fox Roofers come out to do a roof inspection and provide an estimate for a property I’m considering purchasing. Scheduling was easy from the start, Kyle contacted me directly, and communication was simple and quick over text, which I really appreciated. Kyle was thorough, practical, transparent, and genuinely professional. He walked me through what he was seeing in real time and used photos and video to explain the issues clearly, which made a big difference. Instead of vague comments, he broke things down in a way that was easy to understand and helped me see exactly what his concerns were and why they mattered. He told me what was urgent versus what could wait, gave realistic time frames, and discussed options without any scare tactics or pressure. He didn’t push me toward a repair or replacement, he just gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I actually got three roofing estimates as part of my due diligence, and Kyle’s was by far the most detailed. The level of detail and clarity genuinely helped me evaluate my position as a buyer and feel more confident about next steps. Roof issues are never something you want to deal with, but if I ever need roofing services in the future—or if someone I know does—Red Fox Roofers will be at the top of my list, and I’d specifically recommend Kyle. I’m a Realtor in NE Florida and have a listing under contract where the home inspector cited major issues with the rolled roof, along with concerns on the main roof. I worked with Kyle and he inspected my roof. I was in a real pinch with my insurance company and needed to get my roof inspected. He showed up on time, was very polite and walked me through of all the points of interest with my roof. Afterwards, he work with his office and they gave me a Roof Life Letter for my insurance company. Everything got cleared up and now my home is set for at least the next 5-10 years. It boiled down to $180, which I think is reasonable. If I'm in a need of a roof fix or replacement, this is one of the businesses in town to do it.

We had some weird stuff going on in our ceiling of a semi new build, and suspected it was the roof but we weren’t sure. We contacted Justin and he came to our house quickly, listened to our concerns, did an in depth inspection and then informed us of the issue in terms we could understand. He was very honest with all of the options we had, which included doing nothing. We took his advice and hired his company to fix the issue. His company came quickly and were extremely fair in price. It’s rare to find a company you trust these days, but they earned mine (and I’m not easy to win over). They did not try to upsell us like other roofing companies. VERY HONEST. State Farm trying to force me to replace a 6 yo roof because they saw wear via a picture from space. Yes! No inspector, a satellite picture. I contacted Justin who came and inspected my roof. He said roof is in excellent condition. Issue: blue-green algae. He took pictures and prepared an inspection report which I submitted to my agent. Red Fox is coming to do a cleaning to remove algae. When I do need a roof, I'll be calling Red Fox.

I know this to be true because I was with him step for step watching and learning. It’s extremely rare to find someone as passionate and ethical about their work as Justin is.
