Colin Sanford was on time, quick to work, and happy to include me on the process so I could learn a thing or two. I only needed a quick fix to my soffitt and Colin got the job done without trying to rip me off in the process. He treated me like an equal and with real, genuine kindness that is priceless in our day and age. The quality of the work, the good will, and the peace of mind are more than I could have expected. Matthew Popovich came out and researched our roof. Taking the time to go on the roof and examine the condition. He spent considerable time looking over it and noting all the findings. Then provided us with an estimate that was excellent. His estimate was lower that 3 other companies and he provided detailed information on how the estimate was calculated. He answered all our questions and provided contact numbers if we needed additional information. We were provided a date for installation of new roof. Kept us informed of the progress and completed the new roof in two days. Provided us pictures of the old roof damage and of the new roof. Excellent workmanship, courteous workers, and cleaned up old shingles completely. We would recommend Red Fox Roofing for all roofing needs. Our new roof is beautiful!

I have only gotten a quote and haven't had the roof replaced yet, but Matt from the company came out and was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I had. Even though they were not the cheapest price - they were in the middle of all the quotes I got, I went with the company because of the warranty they offer and Matt's great customer service. I worked with Kyle and he inspected my roof. I was in a real pinch with my insurance company and needed to get my roof inspected. He showed up on time, was very polite and walked me through of all the points of interest with my roof. Afterwards, he work with his office and they gave me a Roof Life Letter for my insurance company. Everything got cleared up and now my home is set for at least the next 5-10 years. It boiled down to $180, which I think is reasonable. If I'm in a need of a roof fix or replacement, this is one of the businesses in town to do it.

Due to previous roofers messing up our flashing around our chimney multiple times, we hired Justin and his team to completely remove our chimney to eliminate the problem from happening in the future. They got this completed within one day and our roof shingles match the existing with a slight difference due to being in the Florida sun. The crew was friendly and even “sistered” some wood to ensure my attic was structurally sound. Communication was great with Justin via email. We waited until the next storm and zero leaks were found. I really appreciate his help and will be using them for any future roofing needs. Their prices were very competitive with 4 other local roofing companies. What stood them apart was communication and the 5 yr warranty.
