I want to say I was blown away meeting Matt and his service. It was a pleasure speaking to him. He was very thorough. He was concise. He answered all my questions and more. I really didn’t have any questions he covered mostly everything and he cover things that I didn’t even think of that were very helpful. I felt like he went above and beyond in extra detail to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. Matt is definitely an asset for your company. It’s hard to find good people like that. On 12/30/2025, I had Kyle Ingram from Red Fox Roofers come out to do a roof inspection and provide an estimate for a property I’m considering purchasing. He walked me through what he was seeing in real time and used photos and video to explain the issues clearly, which made a big difference. Instead of vague comments, he broke things down in a way that was easy to understand and helped me see exactly what his concerns were and why they mattered. He told me what was urgent versus what could wait, gave realistic time frames, and discussed options without any scare tactics or pressure. He didn’t push me toward a repair or replacement, he just gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I actually got three roofing estimates as part of my due diligence, and Kyle’s was by far the most detailed. The level of detail and clarity genuinely helped me evaluate my position as a buyer and feel more confident about next steps.
