My experience with Red Fox Roofers was perfect. A neighbor communicated to me that one of the tiles on our roof was standing straight up, not lying flat. I reached out to Red Fox Roofers and Colin Sanford immediately responded to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment to inspect my tile roof. The next day Colin informed me of the results of his inspection, the repair quote and when they could make the necessary repairs. Within two days, our roof was repaired by extremely friendly and efficient staff members. I highly recommend reaching out to Red Fox Roofers any time you need a repair, replacement or for another opinion – you won’t be disappointed.

I worked with Kyle and he inspected my roof. I was in a real pinch with my insurance company and needed to get my roof inspected. He showed up on time, was very polite and walked me through of all the points of interest with my roof. Afterwards, he work with his office and they gave me a Roof Life Letter for my insurance company. Everything got cleared up and now my home is set for at least the next 5-10 years. It boiled down to $180, which I think is reasonable. If I'm in a need of a roof fix or replacement, this is one of the businesses in town to do it.

So impressed with Colin and Red Fox Roofer! We can’t say enough great things about Colin with Red Fox Roofers! Our tenants called us during a heavy storm to report water coming from an AC vent in the bathroom ceiling. From the moment we called Colin, we knew he was a rockstar. He was incredibly kind, polite, and knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help. He came out first thing Monday morning and quickly identified the issue (a nail pop), then fixed it free of charge. Our tenants said he was super friendly and professional—and even joked that they wished they’d had him as their roofer when they lived in Orlando dealing with a similar problem! Colin went above and beyond by sending detailed photos and videos, explaining everything in simple terms we could easily understand. We truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and care. Red Fox is a professional organization from top to bottom. An inspector came out very quickly after my first call to review the damage and provide an estimate. The estimate was provided and accepted the same day, and the work was scheduled within a couple of days. All work was completed properly with no need for any follow-up work. Lastly, every employee I spoke with was polite and extremely professional.

We have a commercial building with tile roofing. I called around to multiple roofing companies with not a single one being able to fix our leak. That is until we called Red Fox roofing. They were fast to get me a quote. Even quicker to started on the job and very professional. They even helped locate tile that matched our discontinued tiles. Finding a good roofer is hard these days. Especially for a commercial building. These guys rock. I would 100% use them again!

The team at Red Fox Roofing were awesome from start to finish. Setting up the free inspection was quick and easy. The inspection was very detailed, they explained what was causing the leak and how they would fix it. The repair took maybe 2 hours, they were in and out, very efficient and cleaned up after themselves afterwards. Showed pictures of the before and after and you could tell the differences. They are the best, do amazing work, and would recommend them to anyone needing any roofing work!

I am a retired contractor in Florida for over 20 plus year and I have use many roofing contractors and it was a challenge in todays market. I have never rated any roofing companies based on their quality of workmanship, clean up of job site after completion. There goal was to get done fast and move on to the next one. Let me introduce you to RED FOX ROOFERS. Years ago I knew the project manager of the roofing company that I used. Camilo Calle was the project manager and I could write a book about what a perfectionist he was on all my jobs and everyone that he oversaw the work. The company ended up selling out and the interesting part Camilo started Red Fox Roofers. I have all my roof work now by RED FOX ROOFERS. Camilo has been incredible in running his company now. I was regretting a new roof, the process, the headaches and how much it was going to cost and yes I paid for it myself not using my insurance. From start to finish they made it so easy to do and were quick to get it done. Kyle came out to do the estimate and texting me when he was coming. Tara doing all my paper work and keeping me posted. Camilo emailed me when they were going to start and all the material was being ordered. Then Mario the project manager texted me when they were going to start. Also, I was able to text or call them and answered any question I had right away, communications was awesome. Yeah it sucked coming out of pocket to spend money on a new roof but RedFox made it to where they cared and took care of me. the end results were great and took the pain away to spend the money. They did a Great job and highly recommend them.

When repairs are needed, Red Fox is certain to do the job correctly and economically. There are no patchwork substitutes. And, Red Fox photo-documents its effort. Occasionally, when a project costs less than expected, Red Fox reduces the bill. That type of professionalism and integrity is scarce or nonexistent in the roofing world. Update: We had Red Fox Roofers tackle another project out our house. This time it was for the tile portion of the roof. A persistent leak and some other areas on our roof which needed attention. The communication about when work would begin was great. There were a few things we needed them to come back to finish up which they did promptly. We were satisfied with their work and would recommend Red Fox for tile roof work too! Our flat roof was severely damaged during a storm in May. We contacted Red Fox Roofers and another company for estimates. Justin came out and met with my husband. He was impressed by the attention to detail and the knowledge he had about roofs. Justin spent a good amount of time during the initial walk-through to get an understanding of what our needs were. By contrast the other company's estimator was at our home for less than 10 minutes! I took off work for that meeting and was very disappointed. Fast forward to the actual work performed by Red Fox Roofers--the guys were very efficient, hard-working, and respectful. There were some challenges but they took care of everything and we were very pleased with how the project turned out. No leaks!! Camilo did the final walk through and provided a ton of pictures of everything accomplished. We will recommend Red Fox Roofers to others and already have our next project in mind. Thank you!
