VERY HONEST. State Farm trying to force me to replace a 6 yo roof because they saw wear via a picture from space. Yes! No inspector, a satellite picture. I contacted Justin who came and inspected my roof. He said roof is in excellent condition. Issue: blue-green algae. He took pictures and prepared an inspection report which I submitted to my agent. Red Fox is coming to do a cleaning to remove algae. When I do need a roof, I'll be calling Red Fox.

So impressed with Colin and Red Fox Roofer! We can’t say enough great things about Colin with Red Fox Roofers! Our tenants called us during a heavy storm to report water coming from an AC vent in the bathroom ceiling. From the moment we called Colin, we knew he was a rockstar. He was incredibly kind, polite, and knowledgeable and genuinely eager to help. He came out first thing Monday morning and quickly identified the issue (a nail pop), then fixed it free of charge. Our tenants said he was super friendly and professional—and even joked that they wished they’d had him as their roofer when they lived in Orlando dealing with a similar problem! Colin went above and beyond by sending detailed photos and videos, explaining everything in simple terms we could easily understand. We truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and care.
