Red Fox Roofers did such a wonderful job repairing a botched roofing job done by another company on our home. We were unable to see what was wrong and why our roof was leaking, but Red Fox Roofers came out with a drone, identified the problem, showed me pictures of what was wrong, and within about a week and a half was at my house, fixing the problem in under just a few hours’ time. At the end of the job, I received photographs of each stage of the repair, I could see rotten wood that had existed and was replaced, I could see all of the patchwork, the new roofing tiles threaded in to the old roofing tiles for a seamless look, it was just a very professional job and a very nice experience working with this company! payment was easy through a link after the fact, and every person that I dealt with at this company was professional, nice, polite, and the biggest benefit was as soon as the work was completed, all of the area around my house was cleaned up so that I wasn’t in fear of running over roofing, nails, and other debris! Great company to work with!

I had some shingles that appeared to have been lifted during Hurricane Helene. Red Fox came out the next day and inspected my entire roof. The shingles were still there, just folded back. They applied extra adhesive and fixed some caulking with no charge to me. The customer service was amazing. I'll be contacting them for any future services!
