Red Fox Roofers & Justin went above and beyond. Justin was called out for one issue and took it upon himself to look for others - which he found and addressed. I know this to be true because I was with him step for step watching and learning. It’s extremely rare to find someone as passionate and ethical about their work as Justin is. I appreciated him allowing me to watch, learn and ask questions. However, I appreciated him even more for making sure everything was fixed. He could have just fixed the known issue and waited for me to call weeks, months or years later - ensuring him future work but he did not. That is the type of company that I look to work with and will continue to do business with if ever needed. Thanks again for going above and beyond for my home and my family. Happy Holidays!

I had some shingles that appeared to have been lifted during Hurricane Helene. Red Fox came out the next day and inspected my entire roof. The shingles were still there, just folded back. They applied extra adhesive and fixed some caulking with no charge to me. The customer service was amazing. I'll be contacting them for any future services!
